Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aquafitcy.com and participation in classes run by Aquafit Cyprus at St Raphael Resort, Limassol.

1. Bookings and packages

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Packages ("passes") are personal and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, non-transferable except through our admin transfer feature.
• Package validity begins on the date of your first booked class ("activation on first use").

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

See our full Cancellation Policy. In short: free cancellation or reschedule up to 12 hours before class; later than that, the credit is used. Unused packages purchased online may be refunded within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law, provided no class from the package has been attended.

4. Participation and safety

• You confirm you are fit to participate. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or have a medical condition, please tell the instructor before class.
• Follow all instructor and venue safety instructions.
• You take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Aquafit Cyprus is not liable for personal injury or loss except where caused by our negligence.

5. Class changes

We may occasionally cancel or reschedule a class (e.g. instructor illness, pool maintenance). If we cancel your class, your credit is returned automatically.

6. Conduct

We may refuse or end participation for behaviour that endangers or disrupts others. No refund is due in that case.

7. Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
