Cancellation Policy

Classes

• More than 12 hours before class: free cancellation or reschedule. Your class credit is returned to your account immediately.
• Less than 12 hours before class: the class credit is used and cannot be refunded.
• No-show: class credit is used.

Waitlist

Joining a waitlist is free. If a spot opens we email you; you can then book if the class is still more than 12 hours away.

If we cancel a class

If we cancel a class (instructor illness, pool maintenance, weather, etc.), your credit is returned automatically and we notify you by email.

Packages (5-class, 10-class, Intro Week)

• Packages activate on the date of your first booked class and expire per the pack's stated validity.
• Unused packages purchased online may be refunded within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law, provided no class from the package has been attended.
• Once a class from a package has been attended, the package is non-refundable but individual bookings can still be cancelled under the rules above.

Private lessons

Private lessons require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged in full.
