What to bring
Swimwear, towel, water bottle, flip-flops. We provide the bikes and equipment.
Arrive 10–15 min early
Time to change, store your things and ease into the pool before class begins.
All levels welcome
Shallow-water classes - no swimming ability required. Adaptable for any fitness level.
